Jehovah Jireh Private Christian School
Opening January 2027 — Jwala Boholo, Witsieshoek, South Africa
Jehovah Jireh Private Christian School (JJPCS) is a new independent Christian school established to give the children of Jehovah Jireh Child and Youth Care Centre access to high-quality, faith-based education from Grade 1 upward. The school is the next step in a growing vision that began with Donna Moses Christian Preschool, where children receive strong early foundations in literacy, numeracy, character formation, and Christian values.
In January 2027, JJPCS will welcome its first Grade 1 class—made up of the 2026 graduates of Donna Moses Christian Preschool. As these children grow, the school will expand by adding a new grade each year until a full primary school is established.
This marks a major milestone for the Jehovah Jireh community and ensures that our children can progress through every stage of schooling within a safe, nurturing, Christ-centred environment.
Our Purpose as a School
Jehovah Jireh Private Christian School is guided by the belief that education should develop the whole child—spiritually, academically, emotionally, and socially. Our purpose is firmly grounded in the mission and objectives outlined in our constitution:
JJMS Christian School
We exist to:
Provide sound academic education built on a biblical worldview.
Lead children into a growing, saving relationship with Jesus Christ.
Equip learners to become confident, responsible members of society.
Inspire a mission-focused mindset, teaching children to live out Matthew 28.
Prepare learners to step boldly into their God-given purpose, in complete dependence on the Holy Spirit.
Offer an education that exceeds the world’s standards, combining knowledge, character, and spiritual maturity.
Our approach emphasises excellence in teaching, strong moral foundations, and a deep commitment to the wellbeing and development of every child.
A Seamless Pathway: From Preschool to Primary School
For years, the children of Jehovah Jireh CYCC have faced disruptions in education due to circumstances beyond their control. The creation of an internal, fully Christian schooling pathway now provides:
Continuity of learning
A stable, caring campus environment
Trauma-sensitive teaching
Daily discipleship and spiritual guidance
Reduced barriers to attendance
A school culture aligned with the values of the centre
Children aged 3–6 begin at Donna Moses Christian Preschool, where they gain crucial early foundations. Beginning January 2027, they will continue their educational journey in a familiar and secure environment through Grade 1 and beyond.
Expanding Grade by Grade
Jehovah Jireh Private Christian School will grow as the children advance.
The expansion plan includes:
2027: Grade 1
2028: Grade 2
2029: Grade 3
Expand annually until all primary grades are offered
This allows for steady development of classrooms, curriculum, staff, and learning resources without compromising quality.
What Makes Our School Distinct
1. Christ-Centred Education
All subjects are taught from a biblical worldview. Character, prayer, discipleship, and Scripture are integrated into daily life.
2. Academic Excellence
We aim to exceed national learning standards, with small class sizes and dedicated teachers equipped to support vulnerable learners.
3. Trauma-Aware Teaching
Teachers are trained to understand the emotional needs of children who have experienced hardship, offering gentle guidance and therapeutic classroom practices.
4. Safe, Stable Environment
The school will operate within the secure Jehovah Jireh campus in Jwala Boholo, ensuring safety, consistency, and familiarity.
5. Empowerment for the Future
We prepare children not just for exams, but for life—teaching leadership, responsibility, creativity, and the importance of serving others.
Our Governance & Accountability
Jehovah Jireh Private Christian School is governed by a formal constitution that outlines:
Organisational structure
Objectives and values
Management committee responsibilities
Financial accountability
Annual general meeting procedures
The constitution ensures excellent governance, transparency, and compliance with South African schooling regulations.
Funding & How You Can Support the School
As with all Jehovah Jireh projects, JJPCS receives no government funding and relies entirely on private donors, partners, and well-wishers. Opening a school requires significant investment, particularly during the initial years of development.
Your support will help build a stable and inspiring learning environment.
Our key needs include:
1. Classroom Infrastructure
Desks, chairs, chalkboards/whiteboards
Textbooks and stationery
Storage units and shelving
Classroom décor and learning aids
2. Teacher Training & Salaries
High-quality Christian education depends on committed teachers who are equipped to nurture both academic and spiritual growth.
3. Learning Materials
Reading books
Math manipulatives
Bible teaching resources
Posters and curriculum tools
4. Playground & Outdoor Resources
A safe, stimulating outdoor environment is essential for primary school learners.
5. Operational Costs

6. Ongoing School Development
Each year, as we add a new grade, we will need new classrooms, additional teaching materials, and expanded staff.
Every contribution—whether financial, material, or in-kind—helps establish a school that will change the trajectory of children’s lives.
Our Vision for the Future
Jehovah Jireh Private Christian School is more than a building. It is a long-term investment in the children of Jehovah Jireh CYCC. As they grow, they will receive:
Stability
Quality education
Spiritual mentorship
Life skills
A sense of identity, belonging, and purpose
This school aims not only to educate but to transform generations, shaping young people who will one day lead families, communities, and ministries.
